QUALITY LOCALLY SOURCED INGREDIENTS

We believe great food starts with great ingredients. That’s why we use grass-fed meats from farms in Warwickshire and Oxfordshire, locally baked bread from Andrew Davies Bakery, and artisan chutneys combined to create flavours that are fresh, authentic and seasonal.

COMPETITIVE PRICING WITHOUT COMPROMISE

You shouldn’t have to pay inflated prices for real flavour. We strive to keep our costs fair—working efficiently and sourcing locally—so that you get gourmet burgers and sausages, great taste and excellent service, without overstretching your budget.

OUTSTANDING HYGIENE AND PROFESSIONALISM

From our stalls to full event setups, our trained team maintains very high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation. We adhere to all food safety regulations and take pride in being rated “Very Good” for hygienic food handling, cleanliness and management by local authorities.

OUR SUPPLIERS

Our meat products are supplied by Hook Norton Butchers in Hook Norton using farms from the Warwickshire, Oxfordshire border.  The animals enjoy the best conditions and are part of the Red Tractor Scheme and are Grass Fed.  The use of a local farm butchery gives greater control over the quality of the products.

Our bread is fresh for each event from Andrew Davies Bakery (Kenilworth), a member of the Craft Baker Association, who family have been baking bread locally for over 40 years.

Products are complemented by locally produced handmade chutneys from Tregunter with other products sourced locally wherever possible with the aim of supporting businesses local to the area we are trading in.
