​​​Our meat products are produced exclusively for us from W.H Allan Farms in Horton on the Warwickshire Oxfordshire boarder.  The animals enjoy the best conditions and are 100% Certified Grassland Fed via the Pastures for Life Scheme.  The use of a local farm and butchery gives greater control over the quality of the products.  It also allows us to have special products made when necessary for particular events.

The bread is fresh for each event from Andrew Davies Bakery (Kenilworth), a member of the Craft Baker Association, who family have been baking bread locally for over 40 years.

Handmade Sauces are created by Sarah Gunter of Tregunter (Coventy), who makes a range of high quality homemade preserves, including chutneys, jams and salsas. 

Other products are sourced locally wherever possible with the aim of supporting our local comunity of businesses.
